Job Description:
- Operate and monitor IT systems at branch offices to ensure system stability, security, and uninterrupted operations.
- Provide timely IT support to internal users and brokers, covering:
+ PCs, laptops, operating systems, and office software applications.
+ Network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, Email systems, and securities trading applications. - Manage and respond to IT support requests (tickets), ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Guide and instruct users on compliance with information security policies and best practices.
- Administer and maintain branch server rooms, including management of servers, network devices, UPS, power supply and cooling systems.
- Execute regular data backup activities in accordance with IT policies.
- Collaborate with Head Office IT teams and external vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on IT system statuses, incidents encountered, and implemented solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the IT Director.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Support or IT Operations, preferably in financial or securities environments.
- Strong technical knowledge, including:
+ Proficient in Linux (critical) and Windows Server administration.
+ Familiarity with hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, switches, routers, firewalls, and UPS systems.
+ Basic understanding of information security concepts. Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA are advantageous.
+ Experience or skills in automation scripting (Shell scripting, Python) is highly preferred. - Language skills: average proficiency in English is required.
